Dua Qunoot
اللهم إنك قلت وقولك الحق المبين، وأنت أصدق القائلين: 
وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ قِيلاً 
[النساء:122].. وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَدِيثاً [النساء:87].. قُلْ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ
فَاتَّبِعُوا مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفاً [آل عمران:95].
O Allah, indeed You have said, and Your word is the manifest truth, and You are the most truthful of speakers “And who is more truthful than Allah in statement” [An-Nisa: 122], “And who is more truthful than Allah in narration” [An-Nisa: 87], “Say, ‘Allah is the most truthful. So follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth” [Al-Imran:95].
اللهم إنا نحمدك، ونستعينك، ونستهديك، ونستغفرك، ونتوب إليك، ونؤمن بك، ونتوكل عليك، ونثني عليك الخير كله، نشكرك ولا نكفرك، ونخلع ونترك من يفجرك.
O Allah, verily we praise You, we seek Your aid, we ask for Your guidance, we seek Your forgiveness and we turn in repentance to You. We believe in You, we trust in You, and we laud You for all the goodness. We thank You and will not be ungrateful. We cast off and forsake he who disobeys You.
اللهم إياك نعبد، ولك نصلي ونسجد، وإليك نسعى ونحفِد، نرجو رحمتك ونخشى عذابك، إن عذابك الجد بالكفار ملحق.
O Allah, it is You we worship, and for You we pray and prostrate, toward You we hasten and strive. We hope for Your mercy and fear Your punishment; indeed, Your punishment will surely reach the disbelievers.
اللهم لك الحمد كله، ولك الشكر كله، وإليك يرجع الأمر كله، علانيته وسره، فأهلٌ أنت أن تُحمد، وأهلٌ أنت أن تُعبد، وأنت على كل شيء قدير.
O Allah, all praises are for You, all thanks are for You. To You belongs all the matters, both overt and covert. You are worthy of being praised, and You are worthy of being worshipped. You, indeed, have power over all things.
لك الحمد بالإسلام، ولك الحمد بالقرآن، ولك الحمد بالمال والأهل والمعافاة، كبتَّ عدونا، وأظهرت أمننا، وجمعت فرقتنا، ومن كل ما سألناك ربنا أعطيتنا،
فلك الحمد والشكر كثيراً كما تعطي كثيراً.
Praise be to Allah for the gift of Islam, for guiding us to His book, the Quran. Praise be to Allah for our wealth, our families, and our well-being. He has subdued our adversaries, secured our safety, unified us, and granted us all we have asked for. Allah’s generosity knows no bounds. For all this and more, we are eternally grateful.
اللهم لك الحمد حتى ترضى، ولك الحمد إذا رضيت، ولك الحمد بعد الرضا، ولك الحمد على كل حال.
O Allah, to You be all the praise until You are pleased, and to You be all the praise when You are satisfied, and to You be all praise after satisfaction, and to You be all the praise in every condition.
Dua Qunoot
لك الحمد كالذي نقول، وخيراً مما نقول، ولك الحمد كالذي تقول.
All praise and glory are for You as we say it, and even better than we know and say, and to You belongs the praise as You say it, in the way only He can.
اللهم لك الحمد أنت نور السماوات والأرض ومن فيهن، ولك الحمد أنت قيوم السماوات والأرض ومن فيهن،
We give thanks to Allah, the Light illuminating the heavens and the earth and everything within them, the Everlasting, Sustainer of all existence. He is the Supreme Truth.
ولك الحمد أنت الحق، ووعدك حق، ولقاؤك حق، والجنة حق، والنار حق، والنبيون حق، ومحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حق،
والساعةُ آتيه لا ريب فيها.
We praise and glorify Allah, His promises are true, meeting Him is a certainty, Paradise is real and Hell is real. The Prophets are real, and Muhammad (peace be upon him), is the last and true prophet.
The Day of Resurrection is sure to come, beyond any doubt.
لا إله إلا الله! المتوحد في الجلال.. بكمال الجمال.. تعظيماً وتكبيراً، المتفرد بتصريف الأمور على التفصيل والإجمال تقديراً وتدبيراً، المتعالي بعظمته ومجده،
الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ لِيَكُونَ لِلْعَالَمِينَ نَذِيراً [الفرقان:1] .
La Ilaha Illa Allah – There is no deity but Allah! He stands alone in His majesty, with beauty encompassing all of its perfection. He singularly administers affairs with precise detailing and comprehensive decree. He is exalted in His Greatness and Glory.
“Blessed is He who sent down the criterion to His servant that he may be a warner to the world” [Al-Furqan:1].
لا إله إلا الله! رب الأرباب، ومسبب الأسباب، وخالق خلقه من تراب، سبحان من خضعت لعظمته الرقاب! سبحان من لانت لقـدرته الشـدائد الصلاب! غَافِرِ الذَّنْبِ وَقَابِلِ التَّوْبِ شَدِيدِ الْعِقَابِ [غافر:3].. لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ مَتَابِ [الرعد:30] .
La Ilaha Illa Allah – There is no deity but Allah, the Lord of all lords, the Cause of all causes, the Creator of His creation from dust. Sublimely perfect is He before whom all necks bow in humility! Sublimely perfect is He before whom all hardships yield!
“The Forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance” [Ghafir:3].. “There is no deity except Him; upon Him I have relied, and to Him is my return” [Ar-Ra’d:30].
Dua Qunoot
وصلوات الله وسلامه على نبيه وحبيبه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، الذي أرسله إلى كافة الثقلين بشيراً ونذيراً، وَدَاعِياً إِلَى اللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجاً مُنِيراً [الأحزاب:46] .
The blessings and peace sent by Allah upon His beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Our beloved Prophet, who was sent to all worlds as a bearer of glad tidings (bashir), a warning voice (nadir), an inviter to Allah by His permission, and a shining lamp [Al-Ahzab:46].
اللهم لك الحمد كما هديتنا للإسلام، وعلمتنا الحكمة والقرآن، ولك الحمد على ما يسَّرت من صيام رمضان وقيامه، وتلاوة كتابك العزيز، الذي لا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ [فصلت:42] .
Praise be to Allah, who guided us to Islam, gifted us the wisdom of the Quran, and eased our observance of Ramadan’s sanctity through fasting, prayer, and recitation of His noble book. This Quran, wherein falsehood approaches it neither from before it nor from behind, is a revelation from The All-Wise, The Praiseworthy [Fussilat:42].
اللهم إنا عبيدك، بنو عبيدك، بنو إمائك، نواصينا بيدك، ماضٍ فينا حكمك، عدل فينا قضاؤك، نسألك اللهم بكل اسم هو لك، سميت به نفسك، أو أنزلته في كتابك، أو علمته أحداً من خلقك، أو استأثرت به في علم الغيب عندك، أن تجعل القرآن العظيم ربيع قلوبنا، ونور صدورنا، وذهاب أحزاننا، وجلاء همومنا وغمومنا، وقائدنا وسائقنا إلى رضوانك وإلى جناتك جنات النعيم.
O Allah, we stand before You as Your humble servants: the sons of Your servants, the offspring of Your handmaidens. Our feeble souls are in Your divine grasp, our fate is determined by Your supreme edict, Your justice is absolute.
We ask You by every name that is Yours, invoked in Your revelation, taught to any being of Your creation, or treasured in Your celestial knowledge, to make the Splendid Quran the spring of our hearts, the light of our chests, removing all sorrow, anxiety, and distress, leading and guiding us to Your divine contentment and to Your eternal paradise of bliss.
Dua Qunoot
اللهم انفعنا وارفعنا بالقرآن العظيم الذي أيدت سلطانه، وقلت يا أعز من قائل سبحانه: فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ * ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ [القيامة:18-19] أحسن كتبك نظاماً، وأفصحها كلاماً، وأبينها حلالاً وحراماً، ظاهر البرهان، محكم البيان، محروس من الزيادة والنقصان، فيه وعد ووعيد، وتخويف وتهديد، لا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ [فصلت:42] . اللهم ذكرنا منه ما نُسِّينا، وعلمنا منه ما جهلنا، وارزقنا تلاوته آناء الليل وأطراف النهار على الوجه الذي يرضيك عنا.
O Allah, use the Great Quran to benefit us, to elevate us, a Quran whose authority You have strengthened, and You, The Most Honorable have beautifully said, “when We have recited it [to you, O Muhammad], then follow its recitation and then, it is upon Us to explain it [75:18-19].” Your best-arranged book, the most eloquent in language, the clearest guide towards what is lawful and what is forbidden. An evident proof in statement, protected from addition or subtraction, containing promises and warnings, reprimands and threats [Fussilat:42]. O Allah, grant us remembrance of that which we’ve forgotten from it, teach us from it some we’ve have hitherto been unaware of, and grant us its recitation during vigilant nights and at ends of days, in a manner pleasing to You.
اللهم اجعلنا ممن يحل حلاله، ويحرم حرامه، ويعمل بمحكمه، ويؤمن بمتشابهه، ويتلوه حق تلاوته.
O Allah, make us among those who interpret its lawful as permissible and its prohibited as forbidden, who act according to its precise and firm rulings, who have faith in the allegorical verses, and who recite it as it rightfully deserves to be recited
Dua Qunoot
اللهم اجعلنا ممن يقيم حروفه وحدوده، ولا تجعلنا ممن يقيم حروفه ويضيع حدوده.
اللهم ألبسنا به الحلل، وأسكنا به الظلل، وادفع عنا به النقم، وزدنا به من النعم، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, make of us those who establish its letters and its prescribed limits and let us not be of those who establish its letters but neglect its bounds. O Allah, clothe us with its rights, provide us with its shades, keep its disasters away from us, and give us its good fortunes, O Glorious, O Generous One!
اللهم اجعلنا من أهل القرآن الذين هم أهلك وخاصتك، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, make us of the people of the Quran, those who are considered Your family and Your special ones, O Glorious, O Generous One!
اللهم اجعل القرآن العظيم لقلوبنا ضياءً، ولأبصارنا جلاءً، ولأسقامنا دواءً، ولذنوبنا ممحِّصاً، وعن النيران مخلِّصاً.
O Allah, render the Great Quran a radiant light for our hearts, a clear sight for our vision, a cure for our ailments, a remover for our sins, and a savior from the Fire.
اللهم اجعله شفيعاً لنا، وحجة لنا لا حجة علينا. اللهم اجعلنا ممن قاده القرآن إلى الجنان، ولا تجعلنا ممن أعرض عنه القرآن فزُجَّ في قفاه في النار، يا واحد يا قهار!
O Allah, make it a pleader for us, a valid argument on our behalf and not against us. O Allah, make us among those whom the Quran leads to Your eternal gardens of bliss, and let us not be among those who neglect its teachings and consequently be cast headlong into Hell, O the One, O the Overpowering!
اللهم وفقنا في هذه الليلة المباركة لما تحب وترضى.
O Allah, grant us success in this blessed night for that which You love and are pleased with.
Dua Qunoot
اللهم انقلنا بالقرآن من الشقاء إلى السعادة، ومن النار إلى الجنة، ومن الضلالة إلى الهداية، ومن الذل إلى العز، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
ومن أنواع الشرور كلها إلى أنواع الخير كلها يا حي يا قيوم!
O Allah, by the light of the noble Quran, move us from misery to happiness, from the hellfire to paradise, from misguidance to guidance, and from humiliation to glory, O Glorious, O Generous One!
And from all kinds of wickedness to all kinds of goodness, O Ever-Living, O Sustainer!
اللهم وفقنا في ليلتنا هذه إلى ما تحب وترضى، وفي كل أعمالنا، يا حي يا قيوم!
O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, as we find ourselves enveloped by the gentle calm of this night, we earnestly implore Your divine help and guidance. Direct our hearts and actions, in this moment and in every moment to follow, towards that which is beloved and pleasing to You.
اللهم صلِّ وسلم وبارك على نبينا محمد، ولا تجعل لنا في مقامنا هذا ذنباً إلا غفرته، ولا هماً إلا فرجته، ولا كرباً إلا نَفَّسته، ولا ديناً إلا قضيته، ولا مريضاً إلا شفيته، ولا ميتاً إلا رحمته، ولا مظلوماً إلا نصرته، ولا ظالماً إلا قصمته، ولا عسيراً إلا يسرته،
O Allah, send Your blessings and peace upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, and in our present circumstance, let there be no sin that You have not forgiven, no worry that You have not relieved, no distress that You have not eased, no debt that You have not settled, no illness that You have not healed, no deceased whom You have not shown mercy upon, no wronged person whom You have not aided, no oppressor that You have not broken, no difficulty that You have not eased,
ولا حاجة من حوائج الدنيا والآخرة هي لك رضاً ولنا فيها صلاح إلا أعنتنا على قضائها ويسَّرتها، برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين!
and no need from the worldly and otherworldly affairs that is pleasing to You, and beneficial for us except that You grant us assistance in fulfilling it and making it easy for us, through Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful!
اللهم اجعلنا لكتابك من التالين، وعند ختمه من الفائزين. اللهم اجعلنا عند ختمه من الفائزين، وعند النعماء من الشاكرين، وعند البلاء من الصابرين،
O Allah, allow us to be among those who diligently recite Your book and upon its completion are among the successful ones. O Allah, enable us to be among the victorious when we conclude it, among the grateful amidst bounties, and the patient during trials.
Dua Qunoot
ولا تجعلنا ممن استهوته الشياطين فشغلته بالدنيا عن الدين، فأصبح من النادمين، وفي الآخرة من الخاسرين.
Do not make us those who have been enticed by the devils, preoccupied by the worldly life and detached from religion, resulting in regret in this life and loss in the Hereafter.
إلهنا، قد حضرنا ختم كتابك، ولُذْنا بجنابك، فلا تطردنا عن بابك، فإن طردتنا فإنه لا حول لنا ولا قوة إلا بك.
O our Lord, we have come to the completion of Your book, and we have taken pleasure in Your presence; do not push us away from Your door. Indeed, if You push us away, there is neither power nor strength in us except through You.
لا إله إلا الله! عدد ما مشى فوق السماوات والأرضين ودرج، والحمد لله الذي بيده مفاتيح الفرج، يا فرجنا إذا أغلقت الأبواب! ويا رجاءنا إذا انقطعت الأسباب، وحِيل بيننا وبين الأهل والأصحاب!
None is worthy of worship but Allah! The count is as per those who have trodden above the heavens and the earth and ascended. All praises are for Allah, in whose hand are the keys to all relief. O our reliever when all doors are closed! O our hope when all means are cut off, and barriers have been placed between us and our family and friends!
اللهم يا سامع الصوت، ويا كاسي العظام لحماً بعد الموت! نسألك أن تجعلنا من أهل الجنة، الذين لا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ [يونس:62] وأن تعتق رقابنا من النار، بمنك وكرمك يا رحمان يا رحيم!
O Allah, the hearer of all voices, O You who cover the bones with flesh after death! We ask of You to make us among the inhabitants of Paradise, “upon whom there will be no fear, nor will they grieve” [Yunus: 62]. And free our necks from the Fire, by Your grace and generosity, O Most Merciful of the merciful!
اللهم اغفر لجميع موتى المسلمين الذين شهدوا لك بالوحدانية، ولنبيك بالرسالة، وماتوا على ذلك.
O Allah, forgive all the deceased Muslims who have testified to Your oneness, and to Your Prophet’s mission, and died upon this.
اللهم اغفر لهم وارحمهم، وعافهم واعف عنهم، وأكرم نزلهم، ووسع مدخلهم، واغسلهم بالماء والثلج والبرد، ونقهم من الذنوب والخطايا كما ينقى الثوب الأبيض من الدنس. اللهم وجازهم بالحسنات إحساناً، وبالسيئات عفواً وغفراناً؛ حتى يكونوا في بطون الألحاد مطمئنين، وعند قيام الأشهاد آمنين، وإلى أعلى جناتك سابقين.
O Allah, forgive them and have mercy on them. Cure them and pardon them. Honorable is their abode, and expand their entrance. Cleanse them with water, snow and cold, and purify them from sins and errors as a white garment is purified of filth. O Allah, reward them with good for their goodness, and overlook and forgive their sins. So they may be at ease in the bellies of the graves, secure at the standing of witnesses, and early arrivers to the highest of Your gardens.
اللهم أنزل على قبورهم الضياء والنور، والفسحة والسرور.
O Allah, send upon their graves light and joy, breadth, and delight.
اللهم ارحمنا إذا صرنا إلى ما صاروا إليه، تحت الجنادل والتراب وحدنا.
O Allah, have mercy upon us when we become what they have become, alone under the sandals and dirt.
اللهم اجعل القبور بعد فراق هذه الدنيا خير منازلنا، وأفسح فيها ضيق ملاحدنا، اللهم يَمِّن كتابنا، وبيِّض وجوهنا، وثبِّت أقدامنا، ويسِّر حسابنا، وارزقنا جوار نبيك صلى الله عليه وسلم، مع النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُولَئِكَ رَفِيقاً [النساء:69] .
O Allah, make the graves, after our separation from this world, the best of our residences, and broaden therein the narrowness of our tombs. O Allah, ensure our record, illuminate our faces, and make firm our feet. Simplify our reckoning and grant us proximity to Your Prophet, peace be upon him, along with “the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of truth, the martyrs and the righteous. And excellent are those as companions” [An-Nisa: 69].
اللهم أعز الإسلام والمسلمين، وأذل الشرك والمشركين، ودمر أعداء الدين، واجعل هذا البلد آمناً مطمئناً وسائر بلاد المسلمين.
O Allah, exalt Islam and Muslims, debase polytheism and polytheists, destroy the enemies of religion, and make this country and all Muslim lands safe and peaceful.
اللهم آمنا في أوطاننا، وأصلح أئمتنا وولاة أمورنا. اللهم وفق جميع ولاة المسلمين للحكم بشريعتك، واتباع سنة نبيك صلى الله عليه وسلم.
O Allah, grant us safety in our homelands, and correct our imams and our governors. O Allah, enable all Muslim rulers to rule by Your laws and follow the path of Your Prophet, peace be upon him.
اللهم وفق إمامنا إلى ما تحب وترضى. اللهم خذ بناصيته للبر والتقوى. اللهم وفقه ونائبيه وسائر إخوانه والمسلمين جميعاً إلى ما تحب وترضى، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, guide our imam to what You love and are pleased with. O Allah, lead him to righteousness and piety. O Allah, guide him, his deputies, all his brothers, and all Muslims to what You love and are pleased with, O The Possessor of Majesty and Honor!
اللهم جازهم على ما قدموا للإسلام والمسلمين، واجعله خالصاً لوجهك الكريم، وزدهم من الهدى والتوفيق، يا حي يا قيوم!
O Allah, reward them for what they have contributed to Islam and Muslims, let their deeds be purely for Your noble face, and increase them in guidance and success, O The Ever-Living, The Sustainer!
اللهم وفق علماءنا وقضاتنا ودعاتنا وجميع المسلمين إلى ما تحب وترضى، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, guide our scholars, our judges, our preachers, and all Muslims to what You love and are pleased with, O The Possessor of Majesty and Honor!
Dua Qunoot
اللهم آمنا في أوطاننا، وأدم الأمن والاستقرار في ربوعنا.
O Allah, protect us in our homelands, and continue to provide us with safety and stability in our lands.
اللهم ارفع عن أمة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في كل مكان المحن والبلايا، والفتن والرزايا. اللهم ادفع عنا الغلاء، والوباء، والربا، والزنا، والزلازل، والمحن، وسوء الفتن، والمسكرات، والمخدرات، والسحر، والشعوذة، وسائر طرق الفساد والغواية، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, relieve the nation of Muhammad, peace be upon him, in all places from trials and disasters, tribulations, and scarcity. O Allah, protect us from inflation, epidemics, usury, fornication, earthquakes, hardships, harmful trials, intoxicants, drugs, magic, sorcery, and all paths of corruption and misguidance, O The Possessor of Majesty and Honor!
اللهم أصلح مناهج التعليم، ووسائل الإعلام في بلاد الإسلام. اللهم اجعلها قنوات توجيه وتربية، ولا تجعلها وسائل هدم وتدمير للقيم والفضائل. اللهم ولِّ عليها الأكْفاء، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام!
O Allah, rectify our educational curriculums and media outlets in the lands of Islam. O Allah, make them a means of guidance and education, and not tools of destruction for values and virtues. O Allah, entrust them to the competent, O The Possessor of Majesty and Honor!
اللهم وفقنا في هذه الليلة المباركة وفي سائر الليالي لالتزام طريق التوبة النصوح.
O Allah, enable us on this blessed night and every night to adhere to the path of sincere repentance.
Dua Qunoot
اللهم اختم لنا شهر رمضان برضوانك، والعتق من نيرانك. اللهم إنك تتفضل على عبادك في آخر الليالي من شهر رمضان بعتق رقابهم من النار، اللهم اعتق رقابنا، ورقاب آبائنا، وأمهاتنا، وأزواجنا، وذرياتنا، وأقاربنا، وذوي أرحامنا، ومن له حق علينا، ومن أحبنا فيك، ومن أحببناه فيك، اللهم اعتق رقابنا جميعاً من النار.
O Allah, seal for us the month of Ramadan with Your pleasure, and emancipation from Your fire. O Allah, indeed You bestow Your grace upon Your servants in the last nights of the month of Ramadan by freeing their necks from the fire. O Allah, emancipate our necks, and the necks of our fathers, and mothers, and spouses, and offspring, and relatives, and kinsfolk, and those who have a right over us, and those who love us for Your sake, and those whom we love for Your sake, O Allah, liberate all of our necks from the fire.
اللهم أعد علينا رمضان أعواماً عديدة، وأزمنة مديدة. اللهم أعده على الأمة الإسلامية وهي ترفل في ثوب الصحة والمنعة والنصر على الأعداء، يا سميع الدعاء! يا من لا يعجزه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء!
O Allah, enable us on this blessed night and every night to adhere to the path of sincere repentance.
Dua Qunoot
اللهم أنقذ مقدسات المسلمين من عبث العابثين، وعدوان المعتدين. اللهم أنقذ المسجد الأقصى من براثن اليهود الغاشمين. اللهم اجعله شامخاً عزيزاً إلى يوم الدين. اللهم لا تمكن فيه لأعدائك يا رب العالمين! اللهم أخرجهم منه أذلة صاغرين. اللهم ارزقنا فيه صلاة قبل الممات، يا رب الأرض والسماوات! يا حي يا قيوم!
O Allah, restore and bring back the month of Ramadan to us for many more years to come and for extended periods. O Allah, return it upon the Islamic Ummah while they are draped in the attire of health, prosperity, and victory over enemies. You who are The Hearer of Supplication! You are the One to whom nothing is impossible, neither in the earth nor in the heavens!
اللهم انصر إخواننا في فلسطين، وفي كشمير، وفي كل مكان. اللهم ارفع الضر عن المتضررين، والبأساء عن البائسين.
O Allah, grant victory to our brothers and sisters in Palestine, in Kashmir, and everywhere. O Allah, alleviate the hardship from those who are afflicted, and lift the despair from those who are destitute.
اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعفُ عنا.
O Allah, indeed You are Oft-Pardoning, You love to pardon, so pardon us.
اللهم اجعل خير أعمارنا أواخرها، وخير أعمالنا خواتمها، وخير أيامنا يوم نلقاك. اللهم لا تجعلنا ممن حظه من صيامه الجوع والعطش، ومن قيامه السهر والتعب.
O Allah, make the best of our life in its end, the best of our deeds in their conclusion, and the best of our days on which we meet You. O Allah, do not make us of those whose portion of fasting is hunger and thirst, and from standing in prayer is the vigil of the night and exhaustion.
اللهم إنا نسألك مسألة الخائفين، ونبتهل إليك ابتهال المذنبين، ابتهال ودعاء من خضعت لك رقابهم، ورغمت لك أنوفهم، اللهم فتقبل دعاءنا وصيامنا وصلاتنا، يا حي يا قيوم!
اللهم لا تردنا خائبين، برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين!
O Allah, we ask of You in the manner of those who fear and we beseech You in the manner of sinners, a prayer of supplication from those who have submitted to Your Providence, their heads bowed to You in humility. O Allah, therefore, accept our prayers, our fasting, and our supplications, O the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting.
O Allah, do not send us back disappointed, through Your Mercy, O the Most Merciful of all who show mercy!
Dua Qunoot
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ * وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ [البقرة:127-128] ، واغفر لنا ولوالدينا ولجميع المسلمين، الأحياء منهم والميتين، برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين!
Our Lord, accept from us; You are indeed the All-Hearing, the Omniscient. And turn to us in mercy; for You are indeed the Oft-Returning, Most Merciful [Al-Baqarah:127-128]. Forgive us and our parents, and all the Muslims, those who are alive and those who have passed, by Your Mercy, O the Most Merciful of all who show mercy!
سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ * رَبَّنَا لا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْراً كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنْتَ مَوْلانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ [البقرة:285-286] .
We have indeed heard, and we obey. Grant Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the return [Al-Baqarah:285-286]. Our Lord, do not inflict blame on us if we forget or make a mistake, do not burden us as You burdened those who went before us. Do not put on us what we do not have the strength to bear, forgive us, absolve us and have mercy on us. You are our Lord, so grant us victory over the disbelieving people.
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ * وَسَلامُ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ * وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ [الصافات:180-182] .
Glory be to your Lord, Lord of Power (and Rule), He is free from what they ascribe (to him)! And peace on the messengers; And praise to Allah, the Lord of all that exists[As-Saaffat: 180-182].
Dua Qunoot
وصلوات الله وسلامه على خاتم النبيين، وسيد الأولين والآخرين، نبينا محمد، وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين، وعلى صحابته الغر الميامين، وعلى التابعين، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
And the blessings and peace of Allah on the seal of the Prophets, and the master of the first and the last, our Prophet Muhammad, and his pure and good family, his noble companions, the following generations, and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment.
