اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالأَمْنِ وَالإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالإِسْلاَمِ، رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ، هِلاَلُ رُشْدٍ وَخَيْرٍ.
Transliteration: “Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. Allahumma ahillahu alayna bil-amni wal-iman, wa salamati wal-Islam, Rabbi wa rabbuk Allah, hillal rushdi wa khair.”
Translation: “Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. O Allah, let the crescent moon appear over us with security, faith, safety, and submission (to Allah). [Addressing the moon:] My Lord and Your Lord is Allah. May this be a crescent of guidance and goodness.”
